Bob Reece, owner and founder, has over 30 years of experience in title issuance and closing commercial transactions, and has formed this new company to provide the highest standard of title evidencing and commercial settlement services available in Mesa County.
The company’s new office is conveniently located across from the old Court House, just steps away from the offices of the Recorder, Treasurer, and Assessor. Stewart Title Guaranty Company, founded in 1893 and one of the largest national underwriters, is the agency’s underwriter.
